Stephen contributes his knowledge of the Company and a deep understanding of all aspects of our business, products, and markets, especially as it relates to prototype development, contract negotiation, intellectual property, and licensing.
Dr. Paul Dent, PhD
Co-Founder and Chief Scientist
Dr. Dent’s specialties include RF circuits, digital signal processing algorithms, system design, missiles, satellite, hardware design, systems design, navigation instruments, cellphones, cellular systems, military radio, crypto, solar energy, and high-efficiency pure sinewave converters. He’s the #1 patent inventor in wireless with 385+ U.S. and over 1,000 International patents.

Phil is a member of the North Carolina Bar, was Founding Chairman of the North Carolina Technology Association and was named Entrepreneur of the Year by The Center for Entrepreneurship.
William “Bill” Griffin
President and CEO
Bill leads all strategic alliance initiatives, develops sales channels, and executes the business plan. His background includes senior-level positions at multiple start-ups and turnaround companies in energy, computers, control devices, electronics, and telecommunications.
Robert “Bob” Belts
CFO
Bob has significant experience in automotive and renewable energy industries. He served as Chief Financial Officer from start-ups to companies with over $1B in revenue. Bob also has IPO experience and has served as CFO for both public and private equity-owned companies.

Ken is a Licensed Professional Engineer, Certified Project Management Professional, and has held roles as Project Manager PMP, Business Development, Team Lead, Electrical Design, Technical Sales, and electrical design consultant.

Vice President, Marketing
Robert has over 50+years of global, strategic communications experience with aerospace, banking, business-to-business, communications, energy, consumer, credit card, education, healthcare, public sector, security, telco, and transportation companies.
Danny Barr
Vice President, Sales Operations
Danny has spent more than 30 years in leadership and sales and sales operations roles in multinational organizations, with years of experience introducing innovative new products and solutions into identified markets. With experience of numerous successful startups, he brings a result-oriented focus on channel enablement and new product introductions.
Ed Green
Intellectual Property Consultant
Ed has engineering affiliations with IBM, Sun Microsystems, Lockheed Martin and Geerhart Industries. He has experience in designing many technologies including microprocessors & video compression boards and is involved in securing and defending IP rights. Previous Roles: Associate at Intellectual Property Technology Law Firm, Engineer at IBM and Sun Microsystems.
